"Honest, easy brake service"
I took my car to Monro because the brakes were squeaking, and they got it looked at quickly. What I appreciated most was that they showed me what was worn down and explained the price before doing any work, so I felt like I knew exactly what I was agreeing to.

I got four tires put on at monro and it was straightforward. I booked the appointment online, showed up, and they got my car in without making me sit around forever. "They figured it out fast"
Not gonna lie, I went in fully thinking something was wrong with my brakes, but they actually took the time to check it out and found out it was a bad wheel bearing instead. "Fair price and easy visit"
I came in for an oil change and a tire check, and it was a smooth experience. The price felt fair, and I didn’t get that annoying feeling like they were trying to upsell me on a bunch of random stuff. The staff was friendly enough, and I’d definitely go back. "Surprisingly Quick for a Walk-In"

I gave it 4 stars because, to be fair, the quote actually matched what I ended up paying, which is more than I can say for a lot of places. The pricing was mostly clear overall, but some of the fees could’ve been explained better. Like, don’t make me play detective trying to figure out what every little charge means. Still, no big surprises at the end, so I can’t complain too much.

"I had a good experience at Monro…"
I had a good experience at monro overall. The customer service was one of the better parts of the visit. The guy working at the front desk took the time to explain what was going on with my car in a way that actually made sense, and I really appreciated that he didn’t talk down to me or make me feel silly for asking questions. Sometimes car stuff can be confusing, so it was nice to feel like I could ask what I needed to ask. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the wait ended up being longer than I thought it would be, which was a little frustrating. But aside from that, everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional, so I’d still say it was a positive experience.
